Default CP piston compatability?

I have the CP's sc7001 for a b16, they are 81.5mm Can I use these in a type R block with a b16 head, and will the compression still be 9.0:1???

thanks in advance, CP lists two different part numbers but the specs are the same, I just want to know if its possible.

Using this piston in a b16 will give you 9-1 but using it in a b18 would give you about 9.7-1
