ok i know about using the stock pump hot as the trigger for the relay. the question is, the weldon has 12ga on it to a pig tail. the terminals on the other side are 12ga. BUT, the power is coming from the front. i have not located my batt to the rear. (maz kill switch) the reason i ask, is my fuse holder is 12ga, i can get an 8ga amp kit with an 8ga barrel fuse. should i run 12ga front to back, or 8 ga front to back? no controller. mostly a track car.

mikey i used all 10 ga on all my fuel pump wiring other than the trigger wire. which is 18ga with a 15amp fuse
