get a turboxs dual solenoid boost controller. you can find one used for cheap...low boost - high boost with a flip of a switch.

ahhh ok, Im new to this, I didnt want to take the wrong choice or something.

is there some sort of actuator that regulates this at the turbocharger? I up it to 20- What keeps it closed untill 20? or whatever setting?

Thats mainly what i was wondering... All the pictures I see are of just of a unit..

In otherwords what does the unit control to make this happen?

They should come with a stepping motor that controlls the boost, but they usually don't picture it. Some units controll wastegate gain also, so that it keeps the gate closed as long as possible for optimized boost response.
