Default compression test results in.

damn I just did a compression test on my 99Ls turbo I got 175-155-?-160 my #3 spark plug is like striped or stuck in because it was so had to twist out that I need a braker bar to turn it (not brake it lose). when I first got my turbo installed my compression was 205across.

oh how can I fix the stuck spark plug? Im pritty shure it is stripped or the threads are messed up. is the head trashed?

You can helicoil the spark plug hole. And you will want to pull the head for that.

205 across for an LS is abnormal i believe.. helms i think says a fresh/brand new b18b should be no higher then 200... 180 is a healthy/well maintaned engine... your numbers seem pretty inconsistent as is . the 175 .. then the 155 .. thats a 20 psi difference, could be a problem there... try a leak down test and see what the results are

Why do you way that, he said he could do the test cause the plug is cross threaded or something....
