Default compression ratio and boost

I am building an engine and what i want to do is build an engine that can make power to 9000rpm. I was wanting to run compression at 10.75:1 with buddy club spec IV camshaft. I will also have eagle rods. I want to know will it be safe to run 10psi with that high of compression and rev out to where I want to get the power too. will I need to sleeve the block or anything like that. also for bearing tollerances is .0015 where is should be set to.

Thanks for any help

With those rods I would get some pistons also. Maybe a little lower compression. That way with a good tune you could boost it pretty good.

If you want to run on pump fuel, get a good tune and you should be good to go.
