Default Compression on a b18c5 motor...

I have a fully built b18c5 for boost by bensons. the pistons are 9.5:1 compression ratio, 84.5 bore.

The motor has been sitting for about 2 month unstarted and we just ran a compression test on it the other day it read from left to right 185-185-185-160.

This motor was used, but when pulled the motor had 195 all the way across.
Now my concern is what happened? Do the cyl lose their compression when not used? The motor was drained of all its fluids before shipping and removal from the engine and motor oil was added before the compression test. I've read somewhere how when a motor sits for a while it takes sometime when its started up again to get back to where it was. I'm not sure.

Haven't had a chance to run a compression test since. Any ideas?

put a couple of drops of oil in #4 and see if it comes up. the rings may be dry and sticking.
