Default Cold Weather (boost creep)

How much boost creep is normal? or is it even normal?

mine was creeping from 11-14 with temps in the 30's (tuned around 90 degrees).

it only went up maybe 1-2 psi

Also for turbo's we have to tune for the cold and hot weather am I right?

When do we know it is time to re-tune for the changes in weather, or seasonal changes?

And yes depending on revs, wastegate, and turbo a lb. or two of boost creep is normal from what I hear.
