Default 1lb more boost per month

I've had my setup running for a couple of months now. Initially I got 9psi off the wastegate. Then I hollowed my cat and tightened down my bov, up to 10psi. Now I'm getting 11psi. This isn't creep where it falls off, just rock solid 11psi. I don't mind, the car is tuned to over a bar, just wondering why.

Does cold air mean I get more boost? Is there some relationship between not only the psi but the air density that would affect a wastegate opening? I was a cpe not a me in school...

LOL when I read this I thought you were planning on upping the boost one pound per month from now on. I was going to say, that sounds like lots of fun

Heheh, I thought the same.

Yes, colder air = more air.

Creep is not where it falls off, creep is when it "creeps" up at higher RPM's due to insufficienct wastegate flow.

You changed some stuff, and the boost went up. Wouldn't you figure it went up because of the stuff you changed?

A good setup will always have the same boost in different temperatures.
