Default code 45 fuel management?????

i threw in some RC310s yesterday, and since then i threw a code 45, twice. it happened yesterday right after i started the car, so i reset it and it didnt com back, and then it hit again this morning on my way home from work. a/f is reading pretty rich, but i dont really trust that gauge, and im using a 8:1 disk in the fmu. any ideas?

code 45 stands for "to lean, to rich". same thing happened to my car. your running to rich, i'm assuming. try tunning down the fuel pressure a bit.

i havnt touched the VAFC with the new injectors, i guess i have a little tuning to do. i was kinda worried though because i was a little sketchy on how the adapter ring went into the fmu for the 8:1 disk. seemed like the picture and the directions were saying two diferent things.

97 hype R with a drag 3 on about 5 psi. ill probably go mess with it later. id hate to blow it up, but hey, JE pistons are on groupbuy center right now actually i think im gonna call vortech cause im paranoid about the stupid FMU disk. anyone used the kit in here? the directions say put the adapter ring in with the notch down, but if the notch is down the disk wont fit in the cup of the ring? that probably makes no sense, but if you know what im talking about let me know how you did it.

I had that code come on yesterday... but i think its because my exhaust is almost open at the downpipe (crack) and the 02 sensor isnt reading correctly
