Default Code 45?

Someone posted a link to a table of codes a while back but I can't find it using a search.

Does anyone know what a code 45 is? I got it a few days a go and it hasn't come back since.

Thanks,

I guess I should tighten my FPR a little more. It never threw this code when it was set to full rich. Maybe I backed it out a little too much.

I need a Fuel Pressure gauge...
