code 41 what is it
22 - VTEC Oil Pressure Switch
defective circuit or unplugged / defective oil pressure switch
* not a valid code if car does not have a VTEC engine
41 - Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater
circuit malfunction
Try cleaning out your VTEC solenoid with some clean for the 22, and make sure the wiring is good.
For the 41, either your O2 is fouled out, or the heater circuit wiring is bad.
Those would be my guesses.

Code 41: (Detection item) Primary heated O2 sensor heater, (Probable cause), Open or short in primary O2 sensor heater ciruit.
Code 22: (Detection item) VTEC system malfunction, (Probable cause), Short or open in VTEC circuit, bad VTEC solenoid valve, bad VTEC pressure switch.
For code 41 i would make sure there is no damage to the O2 sensor or wires and make sure it's not missing. For code 22 i would check the wiring on your VTEC controller if you have one and check your oil. VTEC runs off oil pressure and if it is low it may cause problems. Thats all i could guess. Good luck
