check your wiring. if not that then replace the o2. i've been driving with that code on for almost 2 years now. doesn't seem to hurt the performance. some people with test pipe runs without there o2.

I've gotten code 41 a couple times and every time it's because the connector to the sensor came unplugged, so I would check that, then check the wiring. As far as the Vtec pressure valve I think u mean the Vtec pressure switch. It's used to detect oil pressure inside the engine and make sure it has enough oil and pressure to engage and sustain Vtec. The Vtec pressure switch is only found on obd1 engines and ecu's too, from what I've read and seen.
