Default Clocking an Ihi turbo

Ive searched this to death but they all seem to pertain to garrett turbos.
I Recently had my turbo rebuilt and upgraded.
I need to clock it because it is 180* out.( Drain up top)
Now i know all the bolts are out is there any kind of a clip im missing or anything, any special trick other than a Vice and a long pry bar? How gental is gental?
Ive pb blasted it to ****, let it sit and tried the vice a pry bar method and it will not budge.
Help

So a rubber mallett huh?
So I would clamp the intake side into the vice and hit the exhaust side with the mallett?
