you have to have a shop clean them. the regular joe schmo cant clean injectors if thats what you were thinkin.

Sure you can I have seen home made setups. You need an electrical device to pulse the injector and a hose attached to the injector to feed it some fuel injector cleaner. You can also purchase injector cleaning kits that will allow you to run the car off a fuel / cleaner mixture and then hook back up the regular fuel system.

Injectors are out of the car.

 

EPI injectors in whittier does a great job.. they tear down the injectors take the pintle caps off replace filters that are in the top of the injector. flow test before and after and can match your injectors and give you the flow specs on them..they use ultrasonic to clean them and back flushing..sent 10 sets to him already always get them back fast...ask for Gene ...great guy he will help you out..mention ken sent you..
