Default Choosing the right setup

hey guys, i was just wondering if anyone had any good information or links to read up on choosing the right sizing of your engine parts, like piston diameter, choosing the right compression ratio, choosing the right amount of lift for your cams, sizing of valves and heads, and such. i tried looking in the FAQ but that was mainly for the turbo system itself. anyone got any good articles or links?? thanks!
