Yes, your going to need either check valves or a missing link. If your map sensor sees boost, your ECU will go on crazy pills and throw a code. The check valves and missing link are used to bleed off postive pressure (boost) so your map sensor doesn't sense it.

20 bucks and ya got my check valves
im in NY
516 705 8008
they are good for up to about 7-8 psi then ya gotta add one of two more.
if you go w/ the link you just need to make sure you keep it clean or it wont read correct.

I have a two check valve setup with tees I can sell you cheap. Good to 7 psi. I'll even throw in instructions (simple as pie).

How about $5 plus a few stamps?

E-mail me and I can ship today from pittsburgh.

DAMN!!! 5 check valves!! I have never seen 5 check valves in use. I have seen 3 and my CRX runs great with 2, but 5 is ludicrous. What valves did you use? How big of a tee?

I used all 3/16" tees and hose and tetra brand clear plastic check valves.

If you used 1/8" tees that could be the problem.

Never heard of that before, I used 2 check valves from a fish store, 10psi no CEL.
The check valves that come with the drag kit suck.
