I got mine from FJ Distribotors for around 70 I think when I bought my rods.

Came with rod/mains + thrust washers. Shipped crazy fast as well.

How do you guys use acl's with confidence? Honda uses different sized/color coded bearings for a reason! I just paid 174 shipped for Honda bearings for my f20c. Ouch but it's a good idea to maintain perfect oil clearences on such a high revving motor.

When I called Honda to get a price qoute they told me they were discontinued for my D series.

Its called machining. you have the block line honed to your crank and bearing selected, have the rods cut/honed if need be for what specs you want.

And all that work seems more expensive/harder than using oem's to start. Plus most people just slap in the acl's and run whatever it comes out to be.

It may be a pain at first, but then, you just buy the same set of bearings when you rebuild.
Also, they make different sizes of ACL's, so you can measure and order what you need. Also, when you sleeve a motor, it really needs to be align honed anyways. As well as rods sized if you go aftermarket, so on a full build, you should be doing that machine work anyways, IMO

I only use oem Honda, you couldn't pay me to run ACL bearings in my car..
