Default cheap engine vent method

Okay is this a proper way of venting the head/ crankcase. I dont think iv ever seen this done but figured it would work.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us
running a hose from each rear block fitting and Ting into eachother and running down under the car facing the rear combined with the valve cover vent aswell. Opinions?

you cant dump oil on the track, invest in a catch can, lines and fittings.

If the drawing has any indication of the intelligence of the individual... I'd say they need to do some serious reading to not completely **** up the most simplistic thing to do such as venting a motor to a catch can.

i thought at first that it was intelligent, and that maybe he was venting it into the exhaust pipe like what some chevy drag cars do, but then i realized, it was not.

Yea I know it's a stupid idea... It's not for a track car and it's only temporary. It's for a buddy of mine. He needs the venting to drive it and is saving up for the t1 kit just wanted to make sure this was doable before he tried it

Just run the lines into a used oil quart can or soda bottle or anything, if you want to temporarily drive it.

you can build a catch can out of PVC, its easy to drill and tap for fittings and it will last about 6-8 months before the gas vapors eat through the plastic sometimes longer depnds how much you drive. ive been running one for over a year no still holding strong but not driving the car much, when drove daily it lasted 6 months. its ghetto but its temporary so send it

U can use older prelude M28 fittings for the back of the block and run it to any catchcan u choose.

theres cheap ebay ones, Jaz, custom with AN fittings.
