Default Throwing Cel 3 - MAP sensor with Uberdata????

hey all, i have been throwing Cel 3 - Map Sensor in my car lately. it only happens in boost. sometimes not right away. i can wind out 2nd and 3rd and nothing and then i'll be in 5th at like 2.5 - 3k tap the throttle and boom there goes the cel? sometimes i'll got to boost in 2nd, etc and it'll fire off.
im confused cause the same exact thing has happened on two different ecu's, with all sorts of different maps, and i have even changed the map sensor. i know uberdata should cure this, but it hasnt.
will this cel toss my car into limp mode and make it run any richer??
any suggestions or advise is HIGHLY appreciated
Thanks

hmm.. Is there a chance you have a bad wire or something to the map? have you used the most recent versions yet? Try burning it with the new version and see if that fixes it. Maybe there is a bug in your copy.
