specs :

1992 civic h/b
1994 gsr motor
turbonetics t3/t4
tial wastegate 38mm 9lb. spring

boost gauge shows 0 when actually it should be already boosting
when downpipe was uncapped from the exhaust pipe it was boosting 5 pounds
then i bolted up the downpipe to the exhaust pipe and now it doesn't even hit boost

any suggestions? im really getting stressed out on this one..

 

go over the intercooler plumbing, and make sure the gauge is good.

start small before you napalm it.

 

all pipings check out good. no leak.
gauge is good also.
what i don't understand is it hit 5 pounds running uncapped
and now that its capped it doesn't hit boost anymore.

any other suggestions?
