Ok i saw a topic a while ago that asked is it safe to just run a wastegate with no boost controller or boost gauge.

im running short on funds for this and i would be happy just running 6psi (tial .45bar wastegate, thanks viren) untill i can afford good gauges and a profec b

so is it safe to boost?

I would atleast get a boost gauge. I found one at a local v8 shop for 35 bucks. I'm running a boost controller but I'm just running of thw wg cause Idon't wanna go over 5 psi until I upgrade the fuel.
