Default Car Bogging

I just got my turbo on like two weeks ago. Civic with a gsr motor now with turbo. I just got my clutch on yesterday so I haven't gotten on it at all. But after the car gets warm it bogs in low gears. Like after stop lights it doesn't want to go. Feels like the car isn't getting something. I have the vortec fmu and an intank fuel pump. The kit didn't do this on my friends car. He had an ls and we swapped everthing over. Any ideas why it would be bogging.
Could it be vacuum lines. The car vacuums at 18 or so but right now I have the fmu, blowoff, and boost gauge all hooked up to one vacuum line. I plan on changing it tomorrow. Could this cause the car to bog. My friend thought with everything hooked up to one line it could give the fmu a bad reading and cause the car to run lean. any suggestions?

is it bogging at WOT or at part throttle? I it is at part throttle I doubt it would be the FMU, because that should only work when boosting. Do these runn off the same line as the fpr? What is your timing set at? Any CELs?

It bogs at low rpms whethter full throttle or half. The fmu is on the same vacuum line as the fpr but it's the stock fpr. My buddy was running his stock fpr and it ran fine. I'm gonna try to redo some vacuum lines tomorrow. Do you guys think it could be because all my stuff is hooked up to one vacuum line?

I'm having the same problem. I re-installed my turbo today and whenever I turn on the car with the in-line fuel pump, the engine bogs down. Even worse at half throttle. It seems like its the pump is getting really hot for some odd reason. I got the FMU vacuum line in line with the stock FPR. It runs fine with out the in-line fuel pump. I don't know whats wrong.

1FastLS: you put the fuel pump in the right direction, and wired it in the right direction... right?

The pump is wired right and its going to the right direction. I double checked, and triple checked. I even checked my FMU. Got the return line from the stock FPR going to the IN of the FMU and the OUT to the return line.

I found the problem. There was a clog after FPR. Now to fix the oil leak.
