So ever since i had a block guard and head studs pu into my b series turboed civic my car wont boost past 6 lbs it was on 12lbs before i had those parts put in. and i have tried multiple boost controllers and waste gates to see if that was the issue and cant find any leaks in my intercooler piping but no change i cant think of anything else that could have been altered any ideas on why i cant boost past 6lbs

Take off the BOV and cover it up really tight with duct tape, if it boosts past six, then you need a new BOV.

if its not your BOV ...
i'd say u got a vacume leak somewhere on your connections ..
i'd change out all the vacume lines with new ones...

#1, it's spelled Crome. #2 you can boost w/e your heart desires with crome...i'm pretty sure your ems/tuning program does not restrict you at certain boost. If it's not your bov sticking, then check all your vacuum lines for a leak. I believe you said your couplers weren't blown off so that's not the problem.
Is it always at 6psi? does it fluctuate slightly under/over that?

I would suggest boost leak or your wastegate is loose. I had that issue on my boosted ef and the wastegate was lose, so it wasnt sealed correctly, only making me able to boost 4 lbs.
