Cant boost over 5 psi WTF!
I have a 89 civic hb with a b16, type r cams, spoon ecu, t3 turbo, 450cc injectors, afc hack. My problem is every time I hit 5+ psi the car back fires. Ive tried messing with the btm, fuel, and no matter what at 5psi, any rpm the car back fires, its very fustrating.
Any input will help.

That is your problem. The boost is blowing out your spark since they are gapped so far apart. Take them out and gap them to .030 to .032. It will solve your misfiring problem, trust me. You might want to look into running NGK bcpr7es (part 3330) in the near future. Iridiums are a waste of money.

I bought plugs today, wasn't able to get what you said, all they had were zfr6f-11 which are gsr plugs steped a degree colder and I gaped them at .32 It helped out but I still can't run wide open. Anything over 45% throttle it falls on it's face. Could this have anything to do with the spoon ecu or something else.
Order the 3330 plus and gap them to .030, one step is good but 2 is ideal.
Get rid of your spoon ecu as for it is geared to all motor performance... not turbo. The ecu could potentially be really bad for you depending if it has ignition tables that have been modified for all motor.
What wastegate are you running again? Have you adjusted it? Do you have a boost controller?

Ok I will order the plugs. The ecu does have added ignition and fuel curves thats why I think it may be messing with the turbo set up. And I'm running a knock off tial wastegate with about a 6 pound spring.
