don't weld your bolts on or you will have a hell of a time trying to fit a grinder in weird positions to get them off later. maybe your car is just vibrating too much? do you have a flexpipe? or poly motor mounts? try to control the vibration & torque shifting of your motor & maybe you'll have better luck.

throw some lock-tite one there and let them sit together for a while, get some lock washers, or i dont know if this will work but try a double nut system if your bolts are long enough.

How the hell did you polish that thingy so damn shiny? I have the same kit and parts, and it came just as dirty as yours did out of the box. What did you use?

Hey profile, I think I have figured why your bolts are coming loose. Do you have a flexpipe on your downpipe?
Im me when you get a chance.

unforunetly i was able to see plenty of with those pix....it doesnt look liek i would be able to keep my current downpipe setup.....oh EVIL i have a flex pipe...

is there a manifold that will fit in place that is made identical to the rev hard but with out teh same bolt setup?

I dont know if this will help, but heres pics of mine. There isnt any angles of the flange from the bottom side though.
