Heres what i think:
Hole 1 oil outlet
hole 3 oil inlet
hole 2-4 are coolant lines, but not sure which is in and out.Anyone agree?

I agree, I don't think the water passages have a particular in and out either side could be for one or the other.

Hole #1 is the oil return, you'll need to get a flange to hook up your return to it
Hole #2 is for coolant
Hole #3 is the oil feed, you should be able to just screw in your oil feed with a pipe thread to NPT fitting
Hole #4 is for coolant
I'm sure about this, and Hole #2 is NOT for oil. If you decide not to use the coolant passages, you can just leave them open, or plug them up with a plug from Home Depot if you want to keep them clean. I really recomend using the coolant feature though, as all you have to do is put it inline with a stock coolant line, which will cost about $5, and it will make a considerable diffrence in keeping your temps done, and prolonging the life of your turbo.
