Can i run bigger injectors on a fmu?
Would i be able to run bigger injectors on a fmu or will i have to get a safc to control the injectors?
Also Im currently running 2 1/4inch downpipes with a high-flow cat, could i run 10 psi with the 2 1/4 down pipes or is to small to run 10 pounds.

This sems to be a weekly question around here.
The whole point of a FMU is to allow you to get enough fuel for a turbo, while maintaining stock injectors.
To use any injector with a larger flow rate, you will need fuel control.
2.25 will probably be fine. Bigger is always better, but it's "good enough."

Yes you can. Either a 12:1 or a 10:1 would be good with those injectors.
