Can I boost my B18b on stock internals?
and if so, what Engine Management system would be best to get?
One more question, too: is it safe to go boost on an auto tranny, or do I need to get the planned Auto to Manual swap done first?

If you searched around you would find all the answers to your questions.
Yes, Hondata/Uberdata/Crome work great for a stock motor, Yes at low boost but your car would be a lot faster and more reliable with the stick.

Try searching for B18 under forced induction, search the archives, also try searching under stock for forced induction, both recent and archived topics. Just because someone hasn't started a topic with the exact wording you've used doesn't mean it hasn't been covered.

Yes to both of your questions. But I wouldn't recommend running much boost w/ the auto. My wife's 00 LS is running 5 psi on a T3 and stock internals (179 whp , 137 ft/lbs on the dyno). Even at this low boost setting, the tranny doesn't really like it. Under full throttle, the shifts are kind of slow. The car is a daily driver, and she was just looking for a little passing power on the highway so for that purpose, it's fine. It's mainly a show car, so huge hp numbers weren't really what we were going for, the car was featured in the March '04 issue of Honda Tuning.
