Default Can this be done to an intercooler?

I've been losing sleep wondering if a 8x22 i/c will fit in a stock bumper 4th gen prelude.

But anyway, instead of running a shot of nitrous to cool the intake charge is it possible or has anyone tried to run engine coolant? Meaning a custom i/c where the coolant can flow around the i/c? Is this possible or do I get the "dumbest post of the day" award

That would be a liquid to air intercooler. But I would strongly suggest not using the engine coolant as the intercooler coolant. The engine coolant will have too much heat in it already from the engine to supply enough temp. differential for intercooling purposes.

liquid to air is your answer...as stated above...but fitting one of those would be your biggest issue...unless of course you have the hytech (I think i spelled it right) kit....beautiful looking kit...check it out
