Default burning up and going out

can anyone help me i'm brand new here. Just turbocharged my 99 dx d16y7 with 65k miles on it and i'm burning oil. It smokes a little while driving but i noticed that when I'm on the highway if I let go of the throttle and get back on it a big puff of smoke will come out of my exhaust. I just changed my oil from 5w30 to 15w50 synthetic and it is still doing it. The turbo was three months old and came off a 2nd gen dsm, it's a t25. My oil feed line is -4an. Is this too big, should I go one smaller. My oil return is not the greatest but I think it's okay the way that it is. Someone also told me that I could need new turbo compressor seal. Can anyone tell me where i can get one and if they are hard to replace. Please help! I'm desperate. This **** is making me want to take my turbo off and I really don't want to.

I'd do a compression check first to make sure it isn't your rings...but it sounds like it could be either PCV or valve stem seals...

I think it's your turbo seals. Time to have your turbo rebuilt.

what would cause my seals to go. Considering that the turbo was brand new. If it's just the seals can't I just buy those and replace them instead of having to buy a whole rebuild kit.
