Default bunch of dumb questions

I've got a bunch of dumb questions that I need answers to. I just got my drag gen three kit in today and I will be installing it next week. I also got the upgraded tial wategate. My first question is I've heard that the upgraded waste gate will hit my hood, how do I solve this? My next quetion is do I have to run a boost controlller? I've heard no, but would like to know for sure. I also need to know if a walbro 255 will support the turbo. What kind of plugs should I run with this and a b-18c1? I know these are really dumb questions but I can't seem to find what I need with a search.
thanks

yes

depends on howmuch whp you are adding. for every 70-100 extra hp i would suggest 1 step colder plugs.

The wastegate should fit, if it does not all you need to do is have an elbow fabbed up. Cody or Geoff should be able to help you with that.

As far as boost controller, it is not required but it is nice to have. Your psi limit will depend on the pound spring the wastegate has.

As far as plugs, run the NGK 3330's gapped to a .028-.030 and you should be ready to boost

You will need an inline fuel pump for the FMU setup that comes with the drag gen 3. The 255lph alone will not be enough
