Default Bulkhead fitting for oil return?

For my turbo oil return into the oil pan, I plan to use a fitting meant for a fuel cell.

It's AN-10, looks like a bulkhead fitting with a couple of nylon washers to seal the connection.

This seems like it's too easy - drill hole, slip in the connector, and tighten. No JB Weld or regular weld.

Am I missing something?

John

Not missing anything. That's EXACTLY what I used.. I beleive it takes a 3/4" drill bit, BTW

I've never had any kind of leak from it either.

I just used a -10AN union, an oring, and a -10an bulkhead nut. No need for a bulkhead.
Actually I have this whold setup brand new if your interested. I live in Delaware county.

Pics? You just drilled into the opening in the middle of the turbo housing for the oil return? So I don't need to make a flange?
