built b16 turbo new numbers compare what do ya think??
The motor consist of
stock sleeves,stock bore
weisco 9:1 pistons
big arp rod bolts
eagle rods
cometic headgasket
Supertech .5mm oversized valves
Supertech springs
supertech retainers
gsr cams
turbo setup
garrett t3-t4 60 trim w/63ar but the outlet for the dp is only 2.5"
blox manifold
tial 38mm
rc 550's
spoolin dump
walboro 255
I have a 3" Exhaust..
With all of that before with a 2.5" DP,stock IM and TB it made 303.54 hp and 206tq on 15lbs..
I upgraded to a 3" dp and a 68mm TB and AEBS IM and it made 319.70 and 208tq on the same 15lbs..
We also moved vtec from 5800 on the last tune to like 4200 and it seemed to spool up better on the gsr cams..
I got talked into upping the boost and we stop at 18lbs strong but they said my fuel cut in my hondata was set at 18psi but it was cool out and it was hitting 18 strong on the way home so who knows..
The car made 343.79hp and 227tq on 18lbs and the car is still alittle rich but those stock sleeves scare me on a fresh motor i want to last atleast a year..
So for every pound of boost it seemed to gain 8hp and 8tq going from 15 to 18psi and my tune did'nt change..I'm think about turning it back to 15psi then cranking it up at the track only..
thoughts??

Re: (quicksilver1689)
air/fuel is still alittle rich the car is 18psi strong maybe 18.5 but going from 15-18psi the tune was still on point and rich did'nt make 1 change..
the car is'nt a daily but i do drive it regulary and want it to last atleast 1 year the motor was just built like 2 months ago..
Air/fuel looks like 11:5 all the way across my graph and never went over 12 on any pull..We only made 7 pulls but the tuner is pretty respected..
I just had'nt seen to many people moving the vtec that low but hey it runs its *** off..

I would get some bigger injectors.
......and yes I suck on drag radials. Look at my MPH.

I don't think it has anything to do with my injectors they should be plenty big enough..
the outlet on my turbo is only 2.5" could have some effect.. If i had a sc-61 on 1 bar i'd probably make more power if anythang its my turbo...
My fuel cut on hondata is set at 18psi my guage hits it hard but i'm not getting fuel cut so my guage is probably slightly wrong and i'm probably running in the 17psi range..
yeah your mph is a 7 sec 1/8th mile pass easy..I ran a 8.5 on my stock motor spinning all the way down the track on tiny slicks and only trapped 82mph on 262hp..
