Block 87mm, no need for more
Rods depends on press or floating pins

Whats the head set up going to be?
Your going to need a full port job, valve train upgrade/cams to make that kind of power, stock won't do it.
I vote 89 on the bore, sure you could do it with 87, but why if you can do 89, that will just make more torque and easier turbo spool with the 89.

What kind of turbo? You will probably need a T4 based T66 or bigger for that much power.

And everyone has their own opinions on rods/pistons.
Personally I wouldn't trust eagle rods for 700 hp. I would use manley's.
And pistons I vote for CP or Arias, just because I have seen both make huge power without failing, but a lot of the failure occurs because of improper machining / tolerances or bad assembly.
With a build this big I would have a machine shop that has been proven to build high hp honda motors with success do all the machine work and assembly, that can make all the difference between success or failure with that much power...

You should let them assemble it . And arp2000 rod bolts come with eagle rods already and you might want to think about upgrading the wrist pin

87x90.7 will get it done. Go with Manley or pauter rods... There other things you would need to get to 700 on race gas. Such as manifold ,turbo, injectors, and fuel pump.. Headwork would help you get there easier. Talk to Reid at KS and he can help you get to your goal..
