to build? or not to build? or? advice!!
ok, should i build the 1990 b16a? or should i scrap it and start with something else? gsr maybe? or should i swap 1.8L block? I've read and looked through tons of posts, and graphs.. i still don't know!

daily driven (in warm months), would like to run 15psi - 20 psi.. . 400whp would be cool

i went throught the same thing your going through last summer, i coulda got a ls block with 5k on it for $550 all stock. and coulda went ls/vtec with my b16a2 head but i was on here and the majority of the people said go with what you have. the b16 has almost perfect geometry stock. i got all my **** balance at the end of last summer and the guy said this thing was right on, not much more he could do. go with what you have.

there are plenty of people making way over your goals on a b16, i would just rebuild that one, and boost her up.. no need to waste 2-3k on a swap 1st, when that 2-3k is more then enough to build hte motor the right way..

200 hp wont hold you off for long. i thought 280 would be good for at least a year.
i was happy for like 2 monthes.
