Default The build....new pics added....

Alright so it's no secret to some that I am doing another turbo setup on my 00 Si. I had the Greddy TD05-18G turbo setup about 7 months ago, made 275whp/218ftlb of torque @ 13psi, and then sold it all.....thought I was going to get out of the game, but realized I missed it too much! So, I am starting another setup. The following link is only pics of the turbo b/c it's the most important thing, but my manifold and intercooler are supposed to be here in a few days and once they get in then I will take more pics....

http://f1.pg.photos.yahoo.com/...ision

Da Plans......
-b16a bored/honed 83mm
-Benson sleeves
-CP 9.1:1 or 10.1:1 Pistons (still needing some info then going to decide...)
-Pauter Rods
-ARP Head Studs
-b16a head that is going to be milled with a 5 angle valve job
-Hondata Intake Gasket
-GSR Cams
-Inline Pro Adjustable Cam Gears
-REV Springs and Retainers
-Ferrea Valves
-Precision GT35E Turbo A/R .60/ A/R .63
-Inline Pro Manifold
-Tial 38mm Wastegate w/ .7 bar Spring
-HKS SS BOV w/ 65mm flange
-Precision AS1026 Intercooler--"750hp"--31.5"x10.3"x3.5"
-Hondata s200b
-Hondata Chipped p28 ECU
-Precision 880 Injectors
-STR Fuel Rail
-AVCR Boost Controller
-Greddy 52mm Boost Gauge and EGT Gauge
-Greddy Oil Catch Can
-MSD 6a ignition
-Fluidyne Radiator
-Proform Electric 12" Slim Fan
-Gator Stage 2 Axles
-ACT Extreme w/ SS Disc
-Place Racing Rear Mount
-Energy Motor Mount Inserts
-3" Downpipe->Testpipe->2 Resinators->Dump

I have everything except for the built motor which is in the works and possibly a tranny swap.....but hopefully within the next two months everything will be complete and ready to go....more pics will be posted as I receive more parts through Fedex/UPS....

Yes these are realistic numbers ....

I am wanting to try and shoot for 400-450whp on pump gas....that's why I am still debating on the compression ratio for the pistons. I am going to probably tune it to 325 whp daily driven and then for my scramble setting go for the higher numbers....

it was between the 750hp one or the 600hp one....got pricing for them and figured for $40 more might as well get the bigger one! It was like with my injectors there was a $5 difference between 720's or 880's....hmmmm No brainer there....
