Default BTM and power loss

I was wondering how much power is lost by retarding the timing under boost? Anybody have dyno's of the same setup with and without retard? Say at 8 psi, with .5 per lb on the btm, is the power loss much? Thanks for any info.

Your power could be zero if you're preigniting and you blow your motor.

If you are still at your base timing, I wouldnt run anything more than .5 for 8psi. Unless you are detonating..
