Default breaking period question

I got a 2000 sir-turbo(drag gen 3) that just came out of the shop. I know their is a braking period if the turbo kit is new. But I bought mine used with around 9000miles on it. So do I do the breakin period like it was a new kit or am I ready to floor it...????

There is no break in period, but you want to make sure you don't go boosting right outta the garage. Drive normally and make sure everything's running right.

Then go ahead and start boosting hard.

I noticed with my turbo, after about 1K miles it spun a little more freely. I can hear it spool down just from revving it a little. Out of the box it didn't do that.
