Default Borgwarner on a B16A, exducer choice...

I know this has been a topic discussed hundreds of time over, but I haven't heard of anyone running this size turbo, wondering if anyone can give me a range for where I'll be peaking in boost.

B16A, stock head
GSR cams
1.00 a/r .72 trim

looking to reach boost around 5000-6000rpm, running 525cc Precision Injectors at the moment, just want a highway rat for now but unsure if its going to peak too high in the rpm range. Running the stock tranny so 2000 rpms of boost on the top end will be all I need.

I can go with a different exducer but I have this turbo new and in my supply of parts.

Thanks for any help

The trim doesn't help that much. please give a wheel exducer size, or at least some pics of this turbo. on a b16, you'll probably reach maximum pressure next week, but lets be sure, and check.

why run such a big turbo on a stock motor? And those 525cc injectors are going to limit you to like 330whp or so, maybe less.

seems foolish to go with such a big turbo that gives less useable power than a smaller one which would probably be more efficient anyways.

What borg warner are you considering going with? All you put was an a/r and a trim. And that a/r seems waaay to big for a stock b16 motor and that small of injectors. What kind of power are you looking to make, will it be a daily driver, track car? Answer that atleast and then we can all help you a lot more.

With the smaller injectors, I'd go as small as you can get. A S256 can do 400whp easily (more than DOT tires can use), and the smallest turbine is still about the size of a Garrett STG3 turbine. You'll definately max out the injectors before the turbine becomes a restriction.
