wouldn't this depend on ur own personal power goals, my friend has a b20vtec with the greddy turbo and he is making 245hp and 190lbs of torque at only 5.5psi if i can remember correctly. heh and thats a small turbo

I would not bore the stock cylinders to more than 82mm to keep as much strength in the walls as possible.
Then again, I would not reccomend boosting on the stock sleeves if your plans are for high HP #'s.
Sleeve the ****, and bore it out to 83ish. That way if something screws up the surface of the cylinder wall you can always bore it out .5mm and get bigger pistons, instead of having to resleeve the block again. Keeping a thicker wall will also lower the chance of it cracking/distorting.

Sleeve it and bore to 84mm or 84.5mm it is the only way compared to boring oem sleeves.
The turbo will depend on your application and power goals. Do some searching you will find the info to start narrowing the choices down.
