my buddy wats to boost his 03 rsx. he doesnt have an account on this site so im asking for him..I was wondering how much boost i could run with a stock k20 a3?
it will be a t3/t4 turbo.

help is greatly appreciated

 

i wouldnt push it more than 10lbs on a stock motor as a daily driver

with a thicker head gasket yea 15 would probably work out and be safe....how much power does your friend expect to make or want to make?

 

what kind of set up will he be running. cuz 10lbs on different turbos is a big differance, but get a good tune and push what it can handle and you will be good.

We need more info on what you want to do, such as Hp goal, ect ect...

but he says 230 should be fine till he gets cash to built it..
he has a heavy foot i must add

 

Heavy foot = immature kid who will blow up his boosted little a3 in a couple weeks. id say save your time and money and trade in your car for a type s and leave it stock.
