Default Boosting in 5th gear ?

I'm often reading that turbo honda shouldn't boost in 5th gear. What is that all about ? Where is the problème ?
I mean couldn't I drove at WOT on 5th during hundreds of kilometers on the highway ?
A stock B16A car can easily reach 240-250 kph, i'm plannig to go turbo in order to break my tachometer. I'm expecting to pull the gas pedal and make a hole in the floor. So don't tell me that turbo application can't handle that...

The engine is under too much strain for too long a period of time. The cylinders get too hot, the exhaust gets too hot, and the charge air gets too hot. It's very difficult to properly tune a force inducted engine for top speed runs.

depends on the gearing too...I think that and ITR 5th gear with JDM final drive is good to go (never tried it though)
