Just about ready to buy some injectors and a 255lb pump.

Two questions:

What size injectors (I was thinking 650cc rc's?)
What hp you think i'm looking at ( Around 350?)

thanks guys

you should be able to easily install your fuel pump by removing your rear seat and unbolting the access panel. i am sure there is a step by step in a haynes manual that you can pick up at autozone which sounds like a decent thing for you to pick up anyway. 650's- 750's would be perfect whatever you can find for a good deal. CTR/ITR cams are a great upgrade and def a noticable difference over the the b16 cams if you come across them for a decent deal. your motor should be able to handle 20+ psi if it was built correctly, so dont get too concerned about turning the boost up, if you get that pump and injectors. Im not too sure what that turbo will do but you should be capable over 300 easily with that much boost. you tuning sounds a little expensive, but i don't know what people are charging around you, but good luck with the build

on my old 18g turbo and log manifold setup and totally stock b16 on 100 octane, precision 350 hp intercooler tuned on hondata s300 at 14 lbs of boost i made 295 hp...now i have the 18g converted to external wastegate and ramhorn manifold with 550cc injectors and precision 600hp intercooler and at 15 lbs of boost i made 350 hp and i plan on getting over the 400hp mark next year with valve train upgrades and cams so i can get another 1000 rpm...i think the key is all in ur tuner once you do the injectors and fuel pump..

old setup

new setup

well if your hitting 300 with a stock bottom end i should be able to hit a little more. Call me silly but:

Whats the two lines coming from the head?
You intake going into the cold of ur turbo is a ram cone? Is there a filter in there or? Also where did you get it?

yea u should be able to push your motor more...im on this wierd thing of trying to push a stock motor and little turbo into the 10's and 400+ hp lol...the two lines from the head are vents to basically let pressure out of the motor which releases a little more power...that just a air horn i got from inlinefour.com and i put a screen on the turbo underneath the silicone hose and clamp...it is supposed to create a better air flow into the turbo but it lookes nice/cool also

The Greddy 18g is good for roughly 350 WHP. Might be able to get a bit more out of it but i doubt it. 350 WHP is plenty for the streets.

You need a new fuel pump. there is no question about it.

if you have a built bottom end, you should atleast be putting 10psi through that motor, daily driven with no problem. My suggestion is the same as everyone elses, bigger injectors, new fuel pump, re-tune and call it a day. you should have no problem making 275hp out of that motor.

hey op dont feel bad i actually have almost the same setup as you b16a2 eagle rods je 9:1 pistons greddy kit 18g turbo only i have my boost set at 14 pounds. and im only putting down 240 to the wheels. my problem is im only using 310cc injectors and duty cycle on my injectors is crazy high tuned by john kerr at jk tuning. i need to get my new injectors regualtor and fuel pump but works been slow and the other week i was a victim of teft with my car and dont have any money for my parts.

thieves suck

dude, im making 305hp 218tq @ 10psi with only a bigger fuel pump a set of RC750s and some JKtuning in a 94 eg stock internal b18c1 DD . 3"dp to 2.5 exhaust
12.7 in the 1/4 mile first time ever @ the track staging n what not. and that was even with these shitty little autocross slicks(they were all i had @ the time) .. you could DEFF break 400whp with the work you have done, if your setup turbo setup will support it just my 2cents
