It is safe if you have the right parts.

Contact Jim @ Motorvations Motorsports in Alabama for one of his "magic pulleys." I dont have the # handy, but Im sure someone will chime in with it. You'll need injectors and a rising rate FMU like a Cartech. Or you can just go with Hondata.

223/187 on an Si? Those are great #'s...

You can just get the Gsr crank pulley for around 8psi, or you can get the B20 crank pulley for around 10psi.

Would it be advisable to run larger injectors and an SMC and ditch the FMU?

I'd recommend a better fuel set-up that JR doesn't supply with their upgrade. At a minimum larger injectors (310's) and ditch the JR 5 to 1 FMU for something like a adjustable Cartech 2025i.

Or better yet, 440 injectors plus either safc or smc.

Best, 440's plus hondata or another proven standalone.

Oh, if you decide to go the Cartech route I can hook-up a good price, email if your interested.

Moss Motors...parent company of JAckson Racing should have the Hondata/Boost upgrade available for the SI very soon if not already available.

go with a crv crank pully..... ull be at 9-10 psi.....u will need some injectors (at least 310-370cc) and get a hold of a catech fmu and/or Safc..... and ull be straight..

Please refer to this board.... Hostboard.com.......cars hotrods and trucks.............forces induction integras. this is where all the JRSC info is at!!!!!! Also for the pulley the man to get it from is JRcivic. It is a 9psi stepper pulley that goes on the Alt.

if u replace the alternator pulley.. a shop will charge u a good 3-4 hours of shop labor cause u have to disassemble the kit jsut to get to the alterantor..... if u replace the crank pulley that is about 1 hour of shop time....
