your problem is that u messed with the actuator rod. both greddy in the instructions and anybody else would tell u not to adjust boost by doing that. every last person that has done it has screwed the boost up and the only way people have been able to fix it was to buy an electronic boost controller to stop the spiking. even when they turned the rod back to how it was, it still spiked. i dont know why this is like that when u mess with the actuator rod, but i have been researching greddy turbo's for over a year and i heard this happen to everyone that did it, thats why i bought a manual boost controller to up the boost. p'z

really dont worry about it IMO. spiking 9.5-10 wont BLOW up your car as long as u get good fuel management. in all honesty 5psi is a ***** amount of boost unless you are running an already high compression motor. and with visits to the track youll be disappointed with your $1500+ investment unless u turn up the boost.
