boost spike?

Default boost spike?

i cant figure it out, i have a 5 psi spring and it is boost spikeing to 13-15 psi i dont see a hole in the dia., or vacuum line, and i can hear the waste gate open, wtf please help

possibly too small of a wastegate, manifold design, location of your wastegate line (instead of running it to the intake manifold run it to the turbo compressor housing)

the line is on the compressor, im also thinking the wg is too small but need some advice thinks

We need more info on your setup - what manifold, turbo, wastegate, motor, etc and then we can help you.

are you spiking or just overboosting. spiking would mean that boost initially shoots up to but then comes back down to normal. boost creep is when you hold steady for a while but then slow rise as the rpm increases. if the wastegate isnt regulating boost at then you are overboosting and there must be a problem.

any pics of the set-up cause your decription is pretty vague. is your vacuum line going from the turbo to side port of wastegate? are you sure you dont have a bigger spring? (maybe 1 bar)

i meant creeping sorry, it hits 5 and stays for a second till about 5300rpm, i have the line coming from the compressor to the side of the wg and im sure it a 5psi spring, sorry no pics
