Can you run a turbo at 0psi to save gas??

Actually you can run almost any PSI and not get the car into boost as long as you are not slamming the gas all the time. Just watch the boost gauge...and adjust your right foot accordingly! lol

on my car, unless im on the gas i read 0 boost, or 20 Hg of Vacuum
