boost problems!
yeah so i just finished putting together my HMT kit, its a ihi rhb5 turbo on a single cam zc, i had everything hooked up right and working fine. i got street tuned yesterday and today after gettign on it once or twice i noticed that my boost/vac gauge while at idle started like flickering pretty violently between 22 and 19 inch/vac but nothing else was wrong, it drove the same, i got home and checked my injectors and one of them we sorta leaking(dsm 450s , i think i ground down the rubber a little too much) but i pushed it in a little and it went away. but after driving awhile it came back , but settled down again. im stumped please help!
i need to know if its safe to drive my car to school tommorow...
thanx H-T

yeah, thats probably not what it is...just throwing the idea out there. crazier **** has happened.
edit: the reason i was asking is because if it was an electronic gauge, you could have a bad connection somewhere; or if its a mechanical gauge, i would check the vacuum/boost line where it goes onto the line that is hooked to your motor (usually the fpr vacuum line). its possible that for some reason the vibration from the motor at idle is causing a vacuum leak. this can happen if the line is not all the way in the little rubber piece. i hope that makes sense.
