Default Boost Problems.....

Whenever I hit my set boost level the boost guage needle goes up and down and I can hear the wastegate opening and closing. Its pretty annoying and I dont think that it is very healthy. Any help is appreciated. Also, this happens whether Im in low boost or High boost.

I would think the problem lies somewhere with the avcr.
