Default boost problem

So I have a drag kit on the ls. But my boost won't go up. Its at about 7 pounds I was trying to hit 9 however my boost doesn't go up. We punched a hole in vacuum line to make it work but it still stays constant.

Awesome method of boost control...

Try just taking the entire line off the wastegate and see if your boost goes up (sarcasm)
